Information regarding personal data handling According to Italian Law 196/2003 regarding the handling and communication of personal data, we inform the signee of this contract/mandate: - Personal data, common and sensitive, already acquired or provided by you direction or from third parties, are subject to handling by our company in compliance with Italian Law 196/2003, including handling by computer equipment and procedures for the ends specifically related to and essential to providing and managing the services called for in this contract/mandate, or, by consent of the user, for commercial, marketing, and market research information, sending of advertising materials relative to the products and services provided by our company, for surveys of the quality of services and client satisfaction, as well as for statistical purposes. - The abovementioned data can be communicated to companies/individuals, such as: Companies (ex.: Owners of the software user license of this contract), companies for credit and goods recovery, creditors, and data agencies, within the limits of the ends of these companies. - The user has the right to receive from our company the confirmation of the presenceof their personal data or lack thereof to be made available to them in understandable form; to learn the origin of the data, as well as the logic and ends on which the handling is based; to obtain elimination, transformation in anonymous form or block of the data treated in violation of the law, as well as updates, corrections, or, if desired, the integration of data; to object to handling, for legitimate reasons, or to oppose, at any time, handling for marketing and promotional purposes .
